What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months:

• Complete another 10,000 -12,000 m Diamond Drill program starting mid-January 2026 after having achieved a 12,000 Diamond Drill program form September to December 2025
• Overall drilling at the Kossou Gold Project has now reached +/- 38,000 m, RC and DD combined, and should approximate +/- 50,000 m by the end of Q1 2026
• Assess drill results and plan for a first MRE in Q2 2026 including metallurgical work.
• Begin the initial Diamond Drill program on the Kotobi license on 4 identified targets.

6 Months:

• Achieve the financing objectives
• Complete the maiden Mineral Resource Estimate on Kossou Gold Project (5-6 + months)
• Evaluate additional diamond drill targets on the Kossou Gold Project
• Initiate Phase 2 of exploration program on Kotobi license
• Obtain exploration licenses for Bocanda South and Yakassé Projects.
• Evaluate potential acquisition opportunities in West Africa, focusing efforts in Côte d’Ivoire.

12 Months:

• Further enhance the Kossou Gold Project
• Continue exploration programs on the 2 Nedave Mining Earn-In Agreements in Côte d'Ivoire
• Initiate first phase exploration on the Bocanda South license following issuance.
• Start first drill program on the Yakassé Gold Project licence following issuance.
